IR Tech established a formal Requirements Management Office and instituted a formal requirements management and scope control process for Headquarters Marine Corps to manage the Joint Force Deployment, Planning and Execution system. This consisted of developing defined requirements management (RM) processes for use by the office. Requirements management training was developed and 50 government personnel were familiarized with requirements management for the purpose of developing and submitting JFRG II requirements. An ongoing Requirements Specification – Delta Vision process was initiated. IR Tech developed all requirements specifications for the JFRG II Program. IR Tech prepared and facilitated groupware RM sessions for CINC and Service representatives, including briefs, concepts of operations, and the JRO Charter. IR Tech reviewed and re-wrote all submitted requirements to meet modern requirements engineering standards.
