IT Engineering

Re-engineered and enhanced the primary USMC maintenance system (PC MIMMS), improving productivity, saving $50M annually.

Systems Development

Reengineered and enhanced Marine Corps supply system, ATLASS I using a web based server that operates over low bandwidth, high latency tactical network saving over $10M yearly.

Acquisition Strategy

Developed an IT acquisition strategy that prevented an unaffordable $50M cost overrun. This sustained a multi-year, multi-phase modernization program.

IT Infrastructure Redesign

Redesigned system integrators’ information technology infrastructure for large ERPS program saving USMC $50M in life cycle costs.

Change Management

Energized and documented enterprise change management effort to realign war fighting culture for expeditionary operations.

Research & Development

Developed and tested the concept of a Theater Injection Point (TIP) to demonstrate feasibility for a global, web-based logistics systems deployed in tactical environments.

Training & Metrics

Supported enterprise fielding and training for GCSS-MC. Recruited instructor team and developed training materials for this critical program activity. Developed metrics to evaluate training and customer acceptance

Transportation Financial Management

A detailed review of over $400 million dollars in transportation billing covering two fiscal years was necessary and resulted in significant cost avoidance for forward Stocking Charges costs of over $10 million dollars annually
