IR Tech is recognized as a leading Marine Corps change agent. Our staff supported Public Affairs initiatives at HQMC and DC I&L related to activities which sustained aggressive enterprise goals and command objectives related to Logistics Modernization and Transformation. We created venues using tools and tactics to announce successes to effectively communicate with internal and external process owners and stakeholders. We also developed news releases, designed institutional communications, established enterprise websites, delivered OCM training, and provided a wide selection of media to sustain information flow with DoD constituents. We created exhibits, supported IDGA conferences, organized kiosks for General Officer off-sites and prepared materials for General Officer symposiums. These artifacts were coordinated with organizational PAO staffs and effectively communicated progress, benefits, and buy-in strategies for high-profile, high-intensity transformation programs. We developed Command level messaging and facilitated branding activities necessary to introduce a critical information technology enablers required to improve expeditionary warfighter support in 2015. We also prepared draft enterprise level communication in the form of MARADMINS, ALMARs, and CMC released Green and White Letters addressing Enterprise Change Management. Our staff directed and produced videos and other visual media artifacts to accelerate and introduce Change Management at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels of the Marine Corps.
